We are looking for a highly skilled HRMS Payroll Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 – HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HRMS applications, with a deep understanding of payroll integration, HRMS data conversions, and related technical components.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions within Oracle HRMS Applications (R12).
Work extensively on Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, HRMS Data Conversions, and custom development including extensions and personalizations.
Develop and support solutions for Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Design and maintain PL/SQL interfaces, XML/RDF reports, and Oracle workflows.
Handle Payroll Processing, including Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
Develop and optimize Procedures, Functions, Packages, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement new features.
8+ years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS with Payroll integration.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence & Talent Management
PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions
Deep knowledge of Payroll Processing, including Prepayment, Costing, and GL Transfer.
Proven experience in creating and managing database objects and custom HRMS solutions.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
