We are seeking an experienced HRMS Payroll Technical Consultant with comprehensive expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 – HRMS and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle HRMS applications, payroll integrations, and core HR functionalities.
Design, develop, and implement business solutions for Oracle HRMS Applications R12.
Work on Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, and HRMS Data Conversions.
Perform custom development, customization, extensions, and personalizations within HRMS modules.
Develop and maintain XML/RDF reports, PL/SQL interfaces, and Oracle Workflows.
Handle Payroll Processing, Prepayments, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
Create and optimize Procedures, Functions, Packages, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL.
Provide technical support for Core HR, Payroll, OLM, SSHR, OTL, PMS, Absence Management, and Talent Management modules.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
8+ years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle EBS HRMS with Payroll integration.
Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Fast Formula, XML/RDF Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of Payroll Processing and Integration.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
