Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HRMS Payroll Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). The role involves end-to-end analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HRMS solutions, including Payroll, Core HR, and related integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis, design, testing, and implementation of Oracle HRMS Applications (R12)
Work on Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, HRMS Data Conversions, and custom development
Develop customizations, extensions, personalizations, and workflows as per business requirements
Work extensively on Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL
Develop and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and other database objects
Build and maintain FastFormula, XML/RDF Reports, Oracle Interfaces, and Workflow components
Handle Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL
Support Absence Management and Talent Management modules
Execute HRMS PL/SQL integrations and XML/RDF report development
Ensure seamless movement of data and integrations across HRMS modules
Required Experience:
8+ years of professional experience as an Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS, Payroll, PL/SQL, FastFormula, Workflows, Interfaces, Reports
Hands-on experience in HRMS data conversions, integrations, and customizations
Strong understanding of payroll processes such as Processing, Prepayment, Costing, GL Transfer
