Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Cloud FP&A implementations. The ideal candidate should have already completed their notice period and be ready to join immediately. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, build, and delivery of Oracle EPBCS-based solutions, guiding junior resources and managing project lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applications.

• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, project delivery, and risk assessment across complex engagements.

• Develop integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports.

• Manage system testing, UAT, deployment, and Hypercare support.

• Ensure technical excellence and maintain high delivery standards throughout all phases.

• Identify, resolve, and escalate critical issues to protect project timelines.

• Optimize application performance and conduct root cause analysis for technical issues.

• Collaborate with onsite teams, leads, and business stakeholders for solution improvements.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen their functional and technical skills.

• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team.

Qualifications – Must Have

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Planning.

• Strong experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS, including Custom and Reporting Cubes.

• Expertise in EPBCS OOB Modules.

• Proven experience leading delivery for EPM Suite projects.

• Deep knowledge of Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management, and MDX calculations.

• Proficiency with EPM Automate, Batch/Shell scripting, and Groovy scripting.

• Experience in user provisioning and security setup in Shared Services.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with solution prototyping, enhancements, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS, or other reporting tools.

Education

• CA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
