ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive (Female) to drive revenue growth by managing the complete inside sales cycle. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and deal closure while delivering a strong customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
• Conduct sales presentations and product demos based on client needs
• Manage and nurture leads through the complete sales funnel
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals
• Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams for smooth handover
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deals in CRM
• Track sales performance and meet assigned targets
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product offerings
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or a client-facing sales role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong ownership, accountability, and target-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in technology or SaaS sales
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM)
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Strong relationship-building skills
