We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in telesales/inside sales for overseas markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with international clients, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to international prospects across Middle East and APAC markets
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products or services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent customer experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–7 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or international sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting
