ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for target-driven and passionate B2C sales professionals who thrive in an outbound inside sales environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work in an outbound inside sales environment to achieve sales targets
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota achievement
• Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers
• Generate referrals through the existing customer base to strengthen the sales pipeline
• Understand customer requirements and provide feedback for product portfolio improvements
• Manage end-to-end sales activities from pre-sales to post-sales support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across assigned products and geographies
REQUIREMENTS
• 0 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or outbound calling
• Strong calling and selling skills, preferably selling B2C products to professionals or company executives
• Excellent verbal communication with consultative and professional business acumen
• Experience in lead generation and scheduling meetings with stakeholders
• Quick learner with a strong interest in understanding new concepts
• Comfortable working with MS Excel and CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide weekly sales projections
