Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for self-driven and target-oriented individuals to join our Inside Sales team. This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, conversions, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from first contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead outreach activities.

  • Qualify prospects, understand customer requirements, and present or demonstrate products and services.

  • Close sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales pipeline records using CRM tools or Excel.

  • Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and request referrals to grow the customer base.

Requirements / Candidate Profile:

  • 0 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or similar roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Offered Salary

₹ 20K to 35K PM
