Handle end-to-end IT sourcing for multiple technical requirements.
Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and databases.
Consistently meet sourcing targets and turnaround times (TATs).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2–5+ years of hands-on experience in IT sourcing or IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
Experience working with job portals and professional networks.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
