Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent for our US-based clients. You should have experience working in the US staffing industry and a strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms.

• Understand and analyze job requirements shared by clients and hiring managers.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Negotiate salaries and close candidates.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Stay up to date with market trends and latest technologies in the IT domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.

• Familiarity with visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.

• Person should be staying within 10 -12 km’ s to our office location or should be relocated in hostels nearby to office location.
