Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive channel sales in Bangalore, build strong real estate partner networks, and ensure consistent revenue growth. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on relationship management and business development.
Key Responsibilities

Build and strengthen channel partner networks in Bangalore real estate

Source property deals, drive sales growth, and maximize revenue opportunities

Engage, retain, and activate partners through meetings, events, and workshops

Identify high-potential partners, resolve concerns, and expand the partner base

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and developer relations teams
Requirements
-
2–7 years of experience in real estate channel sales, brokerage, property consulting, or housing finance sales

Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

Fluent in Kannada & English

Existing network in Bangalore real estate market preferred

Two-wheeler required (field sales role)

Age below 35 preferred

Graduate degree in any field
