Job Summary:
The Manager – Sales & Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales, marketing, and operational activities of the Orane Fashion Institute. The role involves running the institute as an independent profit center, driving admissions, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of education and student satisfaction.
Profile Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or counselling, preferably in the fashion or education industry
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a pleasant personality
Target-driven mindset with strong numerical and analytical abilities
Good interpersonal skills and leadership capability
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the Orane Fashion Institute as an independent profit center
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve admission targets
Drive sales revenue and ensure profitability of the institute
Promote the fashion institute and its courses through various marketing initiatives
Handle walk-ins and counsel prospective students effectively
Convert inquiries into successful registrations
Ensure smooth execution of admission procedures and documentation
Maintain discipline among staff and students
Coordinate and interact with suppliers and vendors
Manage cash flows, receivables, and payables
Plan and execute revenue-generating activities
Develop tie-ups with local colleges, schools, and tuition centers
Maintain accurate files, records, and databases
Study market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Ensure high-quality education delivery
Maintain a high level of student satisfaction and engagement
