Job Summary
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing WRMS’s marketing and communication strategies. The role involves managing the company’s brand, leading marketing campaigns, building media relationships, and creating impactful content across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with strong leadership and storytelling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the company’s brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Design and implement marketing campaigns (social media, email, website, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Create compelling content for social media, website, and email campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Manage a team of marketing and communications professionals.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Requirements and Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, with at least 2 years managing a team.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Proficiency in social media, email marketing, and website content management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Preferred Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
