The Booking Controller & Collections Head will lead the end-to-end revenue assurance function across multiple real estate projects. The role covers booking validation, documentation control, customer collections, compliance, MIS reporting, and coordination with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Legal. The position requires strong commercial understanding, leadership skills, and deep domain expertise in real estate operations.
Lead and manage the complete booking lifecycle with 100% compliance.
Review and validate pricing approvals, payment plans, offers, and discount structures.

Proven leadership in managing multi-project operations.
