Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketo Developer to design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Marketo campaign development, lead scoring, system integrations, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automation workflows in Adobe Marketo
Build and manage landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing programs
Ensure proper lead management, segmentation, and data flow between Marketo and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to improve effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience with Marketo (Certification is mandatory)
Strong understanding of email marketing, automation workflows, and lead management
Experience integrating Marketo with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page customization
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have:
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools
Knowledge of data hygiene and governance best practices
