Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MD in Medicine professional with strong clinical expertise and excellent patient management skills. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions and provide high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

• Manage OPD/IPD patients and ensure timely follow-up.

• Handle emergency cases effectively and make critical clinical decisions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.

• Prescribe medications, review diagnostic reports, and update patient treatment plans.

• Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.

• Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and hospital standards.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS + MD (General Medicine / Internal Medicine) – Mandatory

• Valid Medical Registration (State/NMC)

Relevant Skill Set / Competencies

• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills

• Expertise in managing chronic diseases: diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, cardiac conditions, respiratory diseases

• Ability to handle emergency and critical care cases

• Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests (X-ray, ECG, Lab reports)

• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high patient load

• Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centric approach

• Experience using EMR/HMIS systems (preferred)
