We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented NON-IT Sourcing Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities for our client Deloitte USI. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned NON-IT roles from sourcing to offer rollout.
Source and screen candidates for:
Finance
Audit
Compliance
Operations roles
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, and reports.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2–10 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment (NON-IT).
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and screening.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work under tight timelines.
