Key Responsibilities

• Lead solar plant project operations, ensuring timely planning, execution, safety compliance, and quality delivery within defined budgets and client expectations.

• Manage vendors, logistics, permits, and cross-functional teams while maintaining strict adherence to government regulations, HSE standards, and performance KPIs.

• Drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and reduce costs.

• Support business development through technical insights and feasibility analysis.

• Manage multiple verticals and departments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in operations or project management within the solar installation or EPC sector.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Core Skills:
