Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure to international outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have proven team-handling experience and the ability to manage large-scale operations efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in international outbound sales

• Minimum 2 years of documented (on-paper) experience

• Salary slips are mandatory for verification

• Proven experience managing a team of 60–70+ members

• Strong leadership, operational, and performance management skills

• Ability to handle targets, productivity, and process optimization

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of international outbound sales processes

• Lead, mentor, and drive performance of large sales teams

• Monitor KPIs, targets, and overall team productivity

• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards

• Coordinate with senior management for reporting and strategy execution

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiner

• Strong people management and decision-making skills

• Experience working in high-pressure, target-driven environments

• Candidate should be from South Delhi or West Delhi
