Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance & SCM Functional Consultant to provide daily functional support, lead requirement analysis, and drive process improvements across Finance and Supply Chain modules. The role requires strong engagement with stakeholders, deep functional expertise, and hands-on implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial (Direct/Indirect Impact):

• Provide daily functional support to business users across Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues impacting business operations.

Customer (Internal/External):

• Maintain strong working relationships with BU Heads and BU Champions.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders through meetings and emails.

• Challenge existing business processes constructively and propose improvements.

• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Process:

• Collaborate with business units to understand processes, requirements, and objectives.

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Analyze and troubleshoot business processes and implement solutions in Oracle Fusion.

• Prepare and maintain functional design documents, process flows, and user manuals.

• Conduct end-user training and provide post–go-live support.

• Work closely with Team Leads, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

• Develop test scripts, execute test cases, and support UAT.

• Possess strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules (AR, AP, Assets, GL, Cash Management) and SCM modules (Self Service, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management).

Innovation:

• Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion features, updates, and best practices.

• Recommend and design innovative solutions that enhance business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of functional experience in Oracle Applications (Finance & SCM).

• At least 2 years of support experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS Finance and SCM modules.

• Completed at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation as a Functional Consultant.

• Exposure to Fusion Data Migration is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Oracle Fusion Certification preferred.
