We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Benefits with strong expertise in the Benefits module and hands-on experience in Payroll integration. The ideal candidate will have led or participated in Oracle Fusion implementation projects, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of requirements, configuration, and integrations.
Lead and support Oracle Fusion Benefits implementation projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Design, architect, and implement business requirements and third-party integrations within the Fusion system.
Configure Benefits, Open Enrollment, Plans & Programs, and ACA (Affordable Care Act) settings.
Manage configurations for 401K, 457B, HSA (Health Savings Account), and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) for US Benefits or equivalent international benefits.
Understand and manage the interconnectivity between Payroll and Benefits modules.
Handle Benefits conversion processes efficiently.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and collaborate with the technical team for successful delivery.
Take full ownership of assigned activities, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
Support during Hyper Care and post-implementation stabilization.
5–8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Benefits module.
Proven experience in Benefits implementation and configuration.
Strong knowledge of Payroll integration (mandatory) and exposure to Compensation (preferred).
Hands-on experience in Open Enrollment, ACA configuration, 401K, 457B, HSA, and FSA.
Excellent understanding of Benefits architecture and intermodule dependencies.
Experience with Fusion data conversions and integrations.
Strong communication and analytical skills with an ownership mindset.
