We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, especially Core HR and Payroll.
Work on end-to-end implementations, particularly focusing on GCC payrolls (at least 2 implementations required).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and business alignment.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues efficiently.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional.
Strong hands-on experience with Core HR and Payroll.
Proven experience with at least two GCC payroll implementations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Oracle HCM Certification is an added advantage.
