Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll modules and be capable of handling tasks independently. Experience with GCC payroll implementations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle Cloud HCM Functional modules with a focus on Core HR and Payroll

• Participate in end-to-end implementations, including configuration, testing, and support

• Handle at least two implementations in GCC payroll

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements

• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional

• Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll modules

• Minimum two implementations in GCC payroll

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver quality outputs

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Oracle HCM certification
