Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer with 3–5 years of relevant IT experience and at least 3 years of hands-on development/architecture experience in Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building, delivering, and managing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Flows & Desktop), PowerApps, and MS365 ecosystem tools.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Flows & Desktop versions.

• Experience in developing and delivering MS365 solutions based on Microsoft and Cloud best practices.

• Expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, and PowerApps.

• Exposure to one or more of the following:

  • Dataverse, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dynamics 365, Azure.

• Strong knowledge in modelling and developing robotic processes using Power Automate during project development stages.

• Hands-on experience in developing, improving, and supporting RPA programs with data integrity standards.

• Proficiency in at least one system-level programming language (C#, Java, Python, etc.) with a willingness to learn new languages.

• Good understanding of data structures, coding best practices, error handling, logging, commenting, and naming conventions.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end automation analysis and feasibility assessments.

• Ability to:

  • Perform feasibility analysis of automating business processes.

  • Break down complex business problems into logical tasks.

  • Understand and analyze existing code for readability, documentation, and dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Automate Certification (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI Builder & Copilot Studio.

• Experience in RPA feasibility and optimization techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end automation analysis and feasibility studies.

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Power Automate (Flows & Desktop).

• Administer and manage Power Automate in Admin Center.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess processes for automation opportunities.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation solutions ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

• Solve business challenges by applying critical thinking and logical task breakdown.

• Ensure code quality through best practices in documentation, error handling, and dependency management.

• Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and proactively recommend solutions.
