Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Associate to join our GTM team. This is an individual contributor role focused on B2B lead research, qualification, outbound prospecting, and supporting the sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & engage high-potential industrial leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email using targeted outbound efforts.

  • Qualify leads using the BANT framework and pass them to the sales team with contextual insights.

  • Build & maintain outreach content – email templates, decks, FAQs, and feedback documentation.

  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.


Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Tier 1 colleges preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / pre-sales / lead research.

  • Strong communication & outbound skills (LinkedIn, calls, emails).

  • Knowledge of BANT framework & ICP-based qualification.

  • Skilled in content creation (emails, decks, FAQs).

  • Familiar with CRM systems, AI-based tools, and outreach automation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to nurture and qualify leads.

  • Notice period: Up to 60 days (buyout not available).
