We are seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Associate to join our GTM team. This is an individual contributor role focused on B2B lead research, qualification, outbound prospecting, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Identify & engage high-potential industrial leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email using targeted outbound efforts.
Qualify leads using the BANT framework and pass them to the sales team with contextual insights.
Build & maintain outreach content – email templates, decks, FAQs, and feedback documentation.
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Graduate degree in any discipline (Tier 1 colleges preferred).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / pre-sales / lead research.
Strong communication & outbound skills (LinkedIn, calls, emails).
Knowledge of BANT framework & ICP-based qualification.
Skilled in content creation (emails, decks, FAQs).
Familiar with CRM systems, AI-based tools, and outreach automation.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to nurture and qualify leads.
Notice period: Up to 60 days (buyout not available).
