Principal is responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership

Key
Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership:

and implement academic strategies to achieve the college's vision and mission.
§ Ensure
curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
§ Foster
a culture of research, innovation, and academic excellence.
2. Administrative Management:
§ Provide
leadership and guidance to faculty and staff.
§ Oversee
college operations, including finance, infrastructure, and resources.
§ Ensure
compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation standards.
3. Student Development:
§ Foster
a supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being and success.
§ Develop
and implement student-centric initiatives.
§ Ensure
student feedback and grievance redressal mechanisms.
4. External Relations:
§ Build
and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including industry partners,
alumni, and regulatory bodies.
§ Represent
the college in various forums and events.
§ Foster
collaborations and partnerships to enhance the college's reputation and
offerings.
5. Quality Assurance:
§ Ensure
quality standards are maintained in all aspects of college operations.
§ Develop
and implement quality assurance mechanisms.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
§ Postgraduate
degree in Ayurveda (MD/MS Ayurveda or equivalent).
§ Teaching
experience of minimum 10 year in Ayurveda at the undergraduate or postgraduate
level.
§ Administrative
experience in an academic institution.
