We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will assist in the planning, development, and management of our SaaS products, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management and contribute to the success of cutting-edge technologies.
Assist in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development plans.
Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing data-driven insights for product strategy.
Support in defining product metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success.
Work with marketing and sales teams to craft product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Assist in preparing product documentation such as user guides, release notes, and training materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to contribute innovative ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
0–3 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field (SaaS experience preferred).
Completion of a Product Management course is a plus.
Preference for candidates who have completed an internship in a SaaS or B2B company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
