The Professor of Bal Rog
will be responsible for teaching, research, and clinical practice in the field
of Bal Rog, which deals with the health and diseases of children according to
Ayurvedic principles.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Education:
§ Teach
undergraduate and postgraduate students in Bal Rog.
§ Develop
and update curriculum, course materials, and teaching methodologies.
2. Research and Publication:
§ Conduct
research in Bal Rog and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
§ Guide
students in research projects and dissertations.
3. Clinical Practice:
§ Provide
clinical services in Bal Rog at the institution's hospital or clinics.
§ Develop
and implement treatment protocols and guidelines for pediatric care.
4. Administration and Service:
§ Participate
in departmental meetings and contribute to administrative decisions.
§ Take
on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
§ MD/MS
in Bal Rog or equivalent from a recognized institution.
§ Teaching
experience of minimum 10 year in Bal Rog at the
undergraduate or postgraduate level.
2. Skills:

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and
practices in pediatrics.
