Lead and manage projects in the Cards domain (Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Payments, Loyalty, etc.).
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with European banking regulations, risk management, and security standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate with card networks (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) for certification and compliance activities.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
Prepare and present project plans, dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
Manage dependencies across core banking, digital channels, fraud management, and payment gateways.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with business goals.
8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in project management within the banking/cards domain.
Strong knowledge of cards lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes).
Proven experience in Payments and Card Management Systems (CMS).
Familiarity with EMV, PCI DSS, ISO 8583 messaging, tokenization, and contactless payments.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies – Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred.
