Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, primarily focusing on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, the ability to work closely with technical and business teams, and a proven track record of taking IT projects from planning through execution and successful delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB

• Experience with project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• PMP Certification (mandatory)

• Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with EST

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Lead the ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Conduct regular project meetings and track project progress.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

• Ensure all project deliverables meet scope, business requirements, and quality standards.

• Report and monitor project performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Prepare and deliver status updates, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.

• Strong background in managing ServiceNow projects or similar enterprise platform implementations.

• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

• Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow modules (Asset Management, ITSM, CMDB).

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are mandatory.
