Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams, and a proven track record of delivering IT projects from planning to execution.

Candidates who are not immediate joiners will be rejected during the initial screening. Preference is for candidates from Maharashtra or those able to relocate within 2–3 days after selection.

Experience Required:

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• PMP Certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Lead the ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

• Conduct regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies

• Ensure deliverables meet defined business requirements, scope, and quality standards

• Monitor and report on key project performance metrics

• Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership
