Develop, validate, and maintain Live Procedures handled by SAF team according to ECS standards.
Monitor procedure execution and identify task errors and their root causes.
Gather feedback from Delivery Team, SEO, and Service Owners to identify scope for procedure enhancements.
Prepare and maintain task failure analysis reports and track first-time success rates.
Propose solutions and modifications in procedures by coordinating with Product Owners (POs).
Drive procedure enhancements by coordinating with developers, SEO, and other stakeholders.
Perform validation and report issues in VLAB environment to prevent recurrence in production.
Provide first-level issue analysis and troubleshooting for procedure failures.
Support delivery colleagues in case of procedure failure and suggest immediate workarounds.
Proactively follow up on tickets for issues encountered.
Share knowledge within the team and maintain documentation of all deliverables.
Handle general OPO support activities, including run procedure automation failures.
Maintain basic understanding of Landscape Virtualization Manager and automation cycles.
Use ECS support tools: LVM, SPC, JIRA, CRT, Customer Launch Pad, ServiceNow, TIC, etc.
Independently troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine root causes for repetitive issues.
