Support delivery of robust, downtime-optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management activities in ECS using SPC tool.
Plan, validate, and maintain SAP procedures (ABAP, Java stack, Non-NetWeaver systems) according to ECS standards and stakeholder requirements.
Monitor procedure execution, identify errors, and perform root cause analysis.
Collect feedback from Delivery Team, SEO, and Service Owners to identify procedure enhancement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain task failure analysis reports and track first-time success rates.
Propose solutions and modifications in procedures in coordination with Product Owners (POs).
Drive procedure enhancements with developers, SEO, PO, and other stakeholders.
Perform validation and report issues in VLAB environment to prevent recurrence in production.
Provide first-level issue analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with POs, understanding ECS architecture and tool updates.
Support delivery colleagues in case of procedure failures and suggest immediate workarounds.
Follow up proactively on tickets and maintain documentation of deliverables.
Handle general OPO support activities, including run procedure automation failures.
Maintain a good understanding of service lifecycle, automation cycles, and basic Landscape Virtualization Manager operations.
Use ECS support tools: LVM, SPC, JIRA, CRT, Customer Launch Pad, ServiceNow, TIC, etc.
