The Reader in Rognidan will be responsible for teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of Rognidan, which deals with the study of disease diagnosis and pathology according to Ayurvedic principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Teaching and Education:

§  Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Rognidan.

§  Develop and update curriculum, course materials, and teaching methodologies.

2.   Research and Publication:

§  Conduct research in Rognidan and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.

§  Guide students in research projects and dissertations.

3.   Clinical Practice:

§  Participate in clinical diagnosis and patient care.

§  Develop and implement diagnostic protocols and guidelines.

4.   Academic Administration:

§  Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to administrative decisions.

§  Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department.

Requirements:

1.   Qualifications:

§  MD/MS in Rognidan or equivalent from a recognized institution.

§  Teaching experience of minimum 5 year in Rognidan at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

2.   Skills:

·         Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices in pathology and diagnostics.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships.
