Job Overview :-
As the Receptionist, you will be the face of our
company, responsible for creating a positive first impression for all visitors
and callers. You will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to
ensure the smooth daily operation of our front office. The ideal candidate is a
proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a professional
demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :-
**Front Desk Management:**
* Greet
and welcome guests with a positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
*
Announce visitors appropriately and notify staff of their arrival.
* Manage
the security sign-in/sign-out process and issue visitor badges.
*
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Communication Hub:
* Answer,
screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
* Provide
basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
* Receive
and sort daily mail and deliveries; coordinate with courier services
* Handle
all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Administrative Support:
*
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as requested.
* Manage
meeting room bookings and ensure they are tidy and prepared for use.
* Order
and maintain office supplies for the pantry and stationery.
* Assist with
travel bookings for employees, if required.
* Provide
general support to the administrative and HR teams.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a
Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Education: Min. Graduate
Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and
written English. Proficiency in Kannada and/or Hindi is a significant
advantage.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel,
and MS Outlook).
* Familiarity with office equipment (e.g.,
printers, fax machines, and EPABX systems).
Personal Attributes:
* Exceptional customer service and
interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and pleasant
telephone etiquette.
* Strong organizational and time-management
abilities.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when
issues arise.
