About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at assigned hotel locations.
• Interact with hotel guests and walk-in customers to explain membership benefits and offerings.
• Generate sales by promoting and selling hotel membership plans.
• Build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, hospitality sales, retail sales, or similar domains.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.

  • Female candidates should maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively.
