We partner with colleges, universities, and training institutes to provide Smart Fee Plans and education loans, enabling students to pay tuition fees in simple, affordable monthly installments. Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to onboard and manage relationships with educational institutions for Flashaid’s Education Loan product. The role involves field visits, engaging institute management, and assisting students with seamless access to loans through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges, universities, and institutes to promote Flashaid’s education loan solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institute management.

• Onboard institutions to Flashaid’s Smart Fee and Loan platform.

• Educate students and parents about loan offerings and benefits.

• Support students in completing loan documentation and applications.

• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing.

• Achieve monthly targets for institute sign-ups and student loan disbursals.

• Collect market insights and feedback from institutes and students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–4 years of sales experience (education, BFSI, or fintech preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language(s).

• Ability to build rapport with institute management, students, and parents.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to field travel.

• Basic understanding of loans, EMI, or financial services (preferred).
