About Raasaa

Raasaa is India’s first premium doorstep massage service app, connecting certified massage therapists with verified clients. We are rapidly expanding our therapist network across metro cities and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit spas, wellness centers, massage parlors, and freelance therapists.

• Pitch Raasaa’s onboarding model (₹9,999 joining fee, non-refundable).

• Convince and onboard therapists by explaining earnings, benefits, and growth opportunities.

• Collect documents and onboarding fees as per company policy.

• Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions.

• Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales/direct sales (insurance, staffing, FMCG, edtech preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English + Hindi/local language.

• Target-driven mindset with ability to handle objections.

• Comfortable with daily field visits and direct sales.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: ₹2,000 per successful onboarding

• Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses for exceeding targets

Important Notes (Target-Based Role)

• Must achieve at least 50% of monthly target for 3 consecutive months.

• If performance is below 50%, salary deductions may apply as per management’s discretion.

• Incentives are paid only for successful onboardings.
