The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling dental products to dental professionals, ensuring strong market presence and preference for the company’s products. This role plays a critical part in driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring dentists are well-informed about the latest products and solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Promote and present dental products to dentists and other dental professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and expense statements.
Ensure timely payment collection as per the billing cycle and meet collection targets.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Prior sales experience preferred, especially in pharmaceutical, dental, or healthcare industries.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent service orientation.
Analytical skills to interpret market and sales data.
Adaptability to changing products and market conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events.
Regular meetings and product presentations with dental professionals.
