Job Description:

1. Responsible for sourcing business through branch channels and open market.

2. Interact with customers and explain loan products clearly.

3. Manage and maintain relationships with customers, branch staff, and managers.

4. Handle end-to-end customer documentation.

5. Execute sales activities and promotional events to increase business.

6. Update daily leads, lead tracking, and business tracking reports.

7. Ensure adherence to company guidelines and prescribed sales processes.
