Minimum 6 months of experience in the Agency Channel (preferably Life & Health Insurance).
Must be delivering at least 1X of current CTC in business.
Current salary should not exceed 5.5 LPA.
Must possess a personal vehicle.
Age should be below 40 years.
Should be a local candidate with a strong partner base in the preferred location.
Well-groomed and presentable to handle customer/partner meetings.
Must be able to join within 1 month (immediate joiners preferred).
Should not have appeared for an interview with RenewBuy in the last 3 months.
1. Agency Channel Development
Source POS Agents as per agreed mix and policy.
Drive Agency Channel Development in the assigned location.
Coordinate with Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing.
Conduct induction training and coordinate with Sales Training team for product and ongoing training sessions.
Maintain the agreed mix of new and existing POS agents.
Develop and execute strategies to tap various market segments.
2. Agency Channel Management
Monitor agent performance across renewals, fresh database, funnel, and closures.
Ensure high active percentage of POS agents.
Control attrition of POS agents and maintain channel stability.
Drive high productivity and effective engagement across the sales channel.
3. Channel Servicing
Handle reconciliation of partner accounts.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth servicing.
4. Profitability
Track market dynamics and provide feedback for improving internal processes and business outcomes.
