About Raasaa

Raasaa is India’s first premium doorstep massage service app, connecting certified massage therapists with verified clients. We are expanding aggressively and seeking experienced leaders to manage and drive our sales outreach teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5–10 Sales Executives.

  • Plan daily visit routes and allocate targets to team members.

  • Train and coach sales executives on onboarding pitch and conversion techniques.

  • Track performance, monitor conversions, and prepare reports for management.

  • Ensure monthly onboarding targets are consistently achieved.

  • Build partnerships with large spas and wellness chains for bulk onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and team management.

  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.

  • Background in staffing, insurance, FMCG, wellness, or B2B field sales preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

  • Performance Bonus: Based on team’s target achievement

  • Allowances: Travel & other field expenses covered

Important Notes (Target-Based Role)

  • Sales Manager must ensure the team achieves at least 50% of targets for 3 consecutive months.

  • If performance is below 50%, salary deductions may apply as per management’s discretion.

  • Bonuses will be credited only when team meets agreed targets
