Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our field operations. This hybrid role requires you to achieve strong individual sales performance while also managing and growing a team of Field Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be both a strong closer and an effective team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Individual Sales & Client Relationship

  • Personally lead and close high-value registrations and bulk commercial property deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key property owners and decision-makers.

  • Provide on-ground insights to improve sales strategies and competitiveness.

  • Achieve a pre-defined Individual Sales Target (registration volume/value).

B. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and onboard Field Sales Executives.

  • Conduct daily check-ins, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.

  • Lead the team to achieve monthly/weekly sales and registration targets.

  • Track performance using CRM tools, forecast monthly results, and take corrective actions when required.

  • Ensure strict adherence to CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and sales processes.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience).

  • Incentives based on both individual and team target achievements.

  • Career growth path leading to Regional Sales Head or Zonal Manager roles.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience and at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.

  • Experience in Direct Sales, Real Estate, B2C Sales, or Digital/Outdoor Media is preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a field team.

  • Excellent verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills in Hindi, English, and the local regional language.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho, along with good analytical skills.

  • Must have a “player-coach” mindset — willing to lead by example and take ownership of results.
