We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead with strong experience in Broadband / Telecom sales and hands-on exposure to apartment and society-based selling. The role involves leading a field sales team, driving on-ground execution, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through structured sales processes and effective team management.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives focused on broadband sales.
Drive customer acquisition across apartments, gated communities, and residential societies.
Plan and execute society-level activations, stalls, and promotional campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through continuous tracking and reviews.
Coach and mentor team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Coordinate with internal teams for installations, activations, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales reports, funnel metrics, and performance dashboards using CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, reporting standards, and ethical selling practices.
Mandatory proven experience in Broadband / ISP / Telecom sales.
Strong knowledge of apartment, society, and gated community sales models.
Prior experience handling and leading a field sales team is required.
Ability to build strong relationships with society managers, RWAs, and security teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment.
2 to 5 years of experience in broadband or telecom sales.
Experience working with ISPs, DTH, or subscription-based services.
Exposure to hyperlocal or community-based sales campaigns is an added advantage.
