Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional in Recruitment / Professional Services with strong expertise in SAP hiring. The ideal candidate will help build and scale the talent acquisition function by attracting and hiring top SAP and enterprise technology professionals. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on recruitment capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute recruitment strategies focused on SAP and enterprise technology roles.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical roles.
End-to-End Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Hire SAP Functional/Technical Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, etc.
Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify talent.
Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical skills and culture fit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
4–10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to SAP and enterprise tech hiring.
Deep understanding of SAP modules and the consulting/IT talent landscape.
