We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Recruitment / Professional Services Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is critical in scaling our talent acquisition engine and ensuring we bring in top SAP and enterprise technology professionals to support business expansion.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement recruitment strategies focused on SAP and enterprise technologies.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce demands.
Build strong talent pipelines for niche SAP and IT roles.
End-to-End Recruitment
Lead sourcing, screening, evaluation, and onboarding for SAP roles (Functional & Technical Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, etc.).
Leverage job portals, social media, referrals, and networks to attract top talent.
Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical expertise and cultural alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
4–10 years of recruitment experience, with strong focus on SAP hiring.
Deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and the IT consulting talent landscape.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
