Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruitment / Professional Services Specialist with strong expertise in SAP hiring. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to support the company’s growth. This role requires strong SAP hiring knowledge and the ability to attract top talent for niche and enterprise technology roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for SAP and enterprise technology positions.

• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

• Build and manage a talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of SAP professionals (Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, etc.).

• Use various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate technical competency, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.

• 4–10 years of recruitment experience, specifically in SAP and enterprise technologies.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and the IT/consulting talent market.

• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong sourcing, networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
