Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled full-stack developer to join our core technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in our core tech stack (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS), a solid understanding of system design, and a passion for driving development in a 0-to-1 product phase. You will be crucial in building scalable features and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end full-stack development using Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Design and implement robust, scalable system architecture with strong UI/UX principles.

• Proactively solve complex technical challenges and address performance bottlenecks.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features quickly.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and best practices in code quality.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

• Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • Frontend (80% focus): Strong expertise in Next.js and React.js.

  • Backend (20% focus): Proficiency in Node.js.

  • Database: Experience with PostgreSQL.

  • Cloud & DevOps: Basic knowledge of AWS is mandatory (training can be provided for specific services).

• Must-Have Core Skills:

  • Strong understanding of system design and software architecture.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive execution mindset.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and mentor others.

• Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like UX Pilot.

• Background:

  • Preference for candidates from product-based startups or SaaS companies.

  • The last experience should NOT be from a service-based company or large MNC.

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech degree preferred.

• 1-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
