Role Summary:
We are seeking a self-driven and analytical Senior Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL and Python, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate across functions to generate insights and deliver data-driven solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive data management, analysis, and insights generation to support the CEO and other teams in solving business, product, and operational challenges.

• Build predictive models, dashboards, and reports to uncover trends, enhance decision-making, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, improve processes, and deliver impactful solutions.

• Utilize SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and present findings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or data analysis role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Must-Have Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).

• Strong Advantage: Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and predictive modeling.

• Proven ability in business problem-solving, critical thinking, and statistical forecasting.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantage, but not mandatory):

• An MBA or data-science certification.

• Experience in a B2C, startup, or EdTech environment.
