Senior Electrical Design Engineer | SEED Engineering (FTE)

Candidate should have 12+ years of experience in Building Services capable of carrying out the design from the Concept to Schematic to Detailed Design to Tender & Finally to GFC drawings of the following Services.
 
• Design & review of HV & LV Power System Design. Should be able to prepare the DB schedules, Voltage Drop calculations, SLD.
• Design & review of Lighting Design. Should be able to design lighting in DIALUX.
• Design & review of Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting
• Design & review of Telephone and Communication Systems.
• Design & review of Extra Low Voltage systems, including security and access control
 
Candidate should have an experience in preparing the Take Off Quantity sheet & BOQ.
Candidate should have good communication skill and should be able to co-ordinate with the Client / Architects / Structures etc. and most importantly a person who is a good team player.
